All units carry our
standard one-year warranty. In addition,
Medical Coaches pioneered a unique system
of Extended Warranty and Preventive Maintenance.
Our customers can pay a yearly fixed price
that will cover any warranty issue (beyond
normal manufacturer's expiration date) while
receiving monthly scheduled preventive maintenance
visits from our trained technicians. These
services are all made available at sites
and times convenient to our customer's schedule.
An extensive network
of third-party service providers has been
developed. These service providers have
been trained by our technicians and most
have been working with Medical Coaches'
products for many years.
Medical Coaches fully
understands that speedy response and service-problem
solutions are a must for good customer relationships.
However, it is our
primary goal to design and build our units
to reduce service and warranty needs as
much as possible. We've listened to our
customers and our service providers and
incorporated their suggestions into our
units making Medical Coaches' mobile units
some of the most service-free in the industry.
International warranty
service is carried out and coordinated through
our extensive network of local representatives.
Skilled service technicians are available
in nearly all our active markets.
