DIRECTIONS TO MEDICAL COACHES FROM JFK AIRPORT (213 miles)
Approx. 4.5 to 5 hours

• Exit JFK Airport to Route 678/ Van Wyck Expressway North. Stay on 678 North (about 9 Miles) and go over Whitestone Bridge.
• Take Exit right after Bridge crossing for Route 95 West (cross Bronx expressway). Go approximately 5 Miles and get off at Exit 1C for Route 87 North (New York State Thruway).
• Follow New York State Thruway North (18 Miles) and cross over Tappan Zee Bridge heading towards Albany, New York.
  Go approximately 70 miles and exit Thruway at Exit 19 (Kingston) and get on Route 28 West.
• Take Route 28 West to Oneonta.
• Stay on Route 28 past Christophers and Sabatini’s restaurants on right. Make left at light across from McDonalds and Wendy’s.
• Take first light onto 1-88 East to Albany.
• Get off at Exit 16 and go right (miniature golf on right).
• Proceed approximately one mile over bridge and up hill (housing development on right). Make left onto Hemlock Road/County Route 58 (Medical Coaches sign on corner).
• Proceed approximately two miles. Medical Coaches' plant is on the left. Go around to the back parking lot. Come through the Visitors' entrance and upstairs (left at top of the stairs to Reception). click here for a local map of the facilities.
